Craig Winterburn trained to be drum-kit player for 15 years
before going back to college to study community arts. Now musician and a community artist working in
and around
I am an accomplished African and contemporary
drummer and have studied in Senegal and Gambia. I enjoy working with all types
of people and I see students grow in many areas. They can develop core musical
skills, increase their confidence and ability to communicate as well as
enjoying working within a group dynamic. I derive great satisfaction from
seeing the rewards of my work. A full range Djembes and doun douns are provided to
accommodate a group of up to 20. Prices vary and start from £15 per hour for a community group and a corporate half day would typically cost £100
